½ cup chickpea flour + ½ cup water, 1 tbsp flaxseed, nutritional yeast, turmeric
Vegetables: onion, tomato, bell pepper, zucchini, garlic, olive oil

Whisk batter ingredients.
Sauté garlic and onion, then veggies;
Pour in batter, scramble until set.
Serve on toast or in wraps.
