Veggie Stir‑Fry with Tofu

1 block firm tofu (cubed)
1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup sliced carrots, 1 cup bell peppers
1 tbsp olive or sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 2 tbsp soy or tamari, pinch salt

Sauté tofu in oil until golden (~5–7 min), remove and set aside.
Stir‑fry garlic, ginger, then add veggies and cook ~5 min until crisp‑tender.
Return tofu, stir in soy sauce, heat through. Serve over rice or noodles.
